The hotel was AMAZING and the location was excellent and ideal, really close to the center, the boat station where the island hopping tours begin, and the restaurant at 9:00 am. Flexible and amiable staff. - Everything was nice. - Well-maintained and brand-new room with a balcony was enjoyable. - We loved being here.

The hotel had a very central location and it was minutes away from Iglesia ni Cristo. Set in very convenient area, bars and eateries were walking distance to the venue...
The staff we met were highly unprofessional.

This hotel offers great value for money. With prices that won't break the bank, it's a fantastic option for budget travelers. The attention to detail in the rooms is commendable, with modern designs and comfortable amenities. Plus, the location is very convenient, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby restaurants and shops.
All aspects were satisfactory; nothing to improve.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and even prepared a take-away breakfast for us when we had to catch an early morning flight. The air conditioning in the room worked flawlessly and kept us cool throughout our stay. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to the boat tour organizers, piers, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the room had ample space to organize our belongings. The separate dressers and safe were convenient features. The bathroom had a separate shower, and the breakfast service was fast, delicious, and complimentary. The hotel even arranged airport pickup, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds were super comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the comfort room was excellent. The convenient location near the town proper, Mt. Tapyas, and docking area for tours added to the hotel's appeal. There were also plenty of great food options nearby.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the perfect location near restaurants, boat piers, and places to book activities, and the hotel's cleanliness. The spacious rooms offered lots of closet space and a separate dresser for hanging clothes. The air conditioning with remote worked perfectly, cooling the room in just two minutes. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast, included in the stay, was delicious with a range of western and Filipino food.

For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the boat tour organizers, piers, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful and even went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.
The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety.

During my stay at One Averee Bay, I had a great experience with the hotel's location. It was conveniently located near the pier, making it easy for me to access the boats for my island hopping trips. I didn't have to worry about taking a trike or any transportation. The hotel was also surrounded by souvenir shops, restaurants, and other shops, making it a perfect spot for exploring the area. Additionally, the spacious rooms were equipped with amenities like a TV, hairdryer, and fridge, ensuring a comfortable stay. Despite the lack of a pool, I didn't miss it as there were plenty of other things to do in the area. The rates were affordable, especially for larger groups, and I would definitely recommend requesting the attic room to save even more money. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff, including Felix, Rommel, Grace, Rose. I had a pleasant stay at One Averee Bay and would recommend it to my friends.

One Averee Bay was a comfortable stay for us during our trip. We didn't spend much time in the hotel during the day, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for us as we had some business to attend to both locally and on the islands. the hotel had an excellent central location, close to the pier, which made it convenient for our morning tours. Our balcony room offered great views of the town and bay, and the room itself was filled with lots of natural light. the bed was comfortable, and amenities like a TV, hot shower with decent water pressure, full-length mirror, bar fridge. the hotel even provided a free cold/hot water dispenser on the same floor, which was a nice touch.
Can't think of anything 🤷♀️

The stunning beaches and crystal-clear waters of Malcapuya, Ditaytayan, and Bulog Dos islands were absolutely worth the trip. The hotel was right in the heart of town, offering comfortable accommodation with free WiFi access. The Sydney's Harbour Restaurant had a delicious spread of Continental, Italian, and local cuisine.
I just loved climbing stairs, especially when the bathroom leaked and the hot water didn't work. And let's not forget the staff who seemed to only understand "yes, sir" or "yes, ma'am".
